Manic Panic Flash Lightning Bleaching 12%

This kit contains: plastic gloves, 36g dust-free bleaching powder, 120ml cream developer, mixing palette, coloring brush, plastic cap.

Bleach: Read and follow instructions. Be sure to wear protective gloves. Do not apply to damaged or sensitive scalp. Mix in a well-ventilated room. Do not inhale powder. If you accidentally inhale, seek medical advice immediately. Do not store unused mixture. Do not apply to eyebrows or eyelids. Do not use on facial hair or intimate areas. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or heat sources. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use on or by persons under 16 years of age. Keep the bleaching powder packet closed until you are ready to use it. Contains AMMONIA.

Developer cream: Wear suitable protective gloves. Contains hydrogen peroxide. Avoid contact with eyes. Rinse immediately if product comes into contact with you. For best results, have a friend help you.

Instructions: This product is designed to lighten hair before using semi-permanent coloring creams. Everything you need to lighten your hair is included in this kit. Please follow the instructions carefully.

Preparations: 1. Wear the included gloves and open the bleach powder plastic bag. Do not inhale the powder. 2. Empty the entire contents of the powder into the cup provided. 3. Gradually add the developer solution to the bleach powder in the cup. Use the brush to blend the mixture until it is evenly distributed and creamy. 4. Apply the mixture immediately and don't wait long.

Application: Hair should be unwashed and dry. Using the brush provided, apply the bleach mixture evenly to the hair you want to lighten. All strands should be saturated using the brush to spread the mixture evenly. You can cover the hair you don't want to bleach by using a hair cap or foil.

Developing: The use of the attached plastic cap is recommended during the developing process. The time required depends on the natural hair color:

Light - Dark Blonde 20 to 60 minutes, Light Brown 20 to 90 minutes, Medium Brown 40 to 90 minutes, Dark Brown 60 to 90 minutes

Check strands every 10 minutes to assess lightening.

Removal: When the desired shade is achieved, remove the cap and discard it. Wash hair thoroughly with shampoo, rinse thoroughly, and towel dry.
